The Art of Side Lying: Expand Your Massage Toolkit
Most LMTs only learned side-lying techniques for prenatal clients, but side-lying massage is crucial bodywork for many conditions. Learn how to treat low back pain, shoulder issues, neck tension, and lateral hip pain using advanced side-lying positioning and techniques.
This hands-on class makes adductors accessible, opens the neck, and enhances your ability to deliver targeted therapeutic massage. If side-lying is missing from your toolbox, now is the time to add it.
This class will provide content for an online course and YouTube channel regarding proper massage body mechanics. Proper body mechanics is absolutely necessary for career longevity, proper depth, and a massage with good body mechanics just feels better! Cost of class is $50 (normally $100). 4 CE hours.
