Body Mechanics Basics: work with proper depth and connection with ease. A massage career should not hurt your body! If you are having a hard time doing enough massage to make a living, or if you are experiencing physical burn out, this class is for you.
The Art of Side Lying: many LMTs never learned how to work in side lying except maybe for pregnant clients. Side lying work is crucial bodywork! Low back clients, shoulder pain clients all benefit from side lying work. Adductors become available, necks open up, and the addressing the lateral hip becomes a reality. If side lying work is missing from your tool box, attend this class!

The Art of Side Lying begins at 2:00pm, ends at 6:00pm.
