Your massage therapy career begins with massage school, but a “lifelong learner” mentality makes the profession truly fulfilling.
The Washington State Department of Health requires massage therapists to complete 24 hours of continuing education (CE) every 2 years for license renewal. A minimum of 8 hours must be in direct, supervised massage skills (techniques). ABE is the only massage school in the Tri-Cities to offer continuing education. With our national connections, quality continuing education hours are available right here in the classroom.
In order to be eligible to attend a Massage Basics class, you must first either attend one of our monthly Open Houses or meet with one of our admissions team for a one-on-one info session and tour, which are available Monday through Friday. You must be 18 years old to attend. Pre-registration is required.
